Kennesaw, GA Estate Sale - Overview and Policies

Below are policies that have been established for the Kennesaw estate sale. By attending, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below:

1. Appointment Day - We will be offering a sneak preview of the items in this incredible estate on Thursday, March 7th from 10am-5pm by appointment only. Click Here to schedule your private showing appointment.
2. Crowd Control - If necessary, crowd control will be instituted. This is to prevent crowding and keep the flow moving in the right direction. Arrive early to get a good spot and be patient as the buyers in front of you make their way through the home. A numbering system will be used and numbers are distributed on a first come, first serve basis.
3. Holding of Items - All items requested to be held must be paid for in full at the time of request. Items must be picked up during the active sale days of the estate sale. Access to the property will not be available after the sale closes at 4pm on Sunday, February 25th.
4. Hours of Sale - The sale will be held over a four day period from Thursday, March 7th until Sunday, March 10th. The hours of the estate sale are 10am until 4pm during each of the four days. We will not allow any buyers into the home after 4pm.
5. Discount Days - This estate sale will feature discount days on Saturday (25% off) and Sunday (50% off) for select items.
6. Payment Methods - Cash, Credit Cards, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No checks accepted. All credit/debit card transactions will include a 3% processing fee.
7. Sales Tax - A 7% Sales Tax will be imposed on all purchases. Resale Tax Certificates are accepted and must be presented at checkout.
8. Moving/Transportation - No movers or labor on site. Buyers are responsible for hauling and removing all purchased items from estate sale.
9. Returns/Refunds - No Warranty. No Guarantee. No Exchanges or Refunds. All items in the estate sale are being sold in their current condition and all sales are final. Please inspect all items and test all electronics prior to purchasing.
10. Video/Audio Recording - There will be active cameras on site to ensure the safety of buyers and safety of the sellers items. Anyone caught attempting to change price tags will be asked to leave. Anyone caught shoplifting will be referred to the local authorities.
11. Injuries/Accidents - Bulldog Estate Sale and the Owners ARE NOT responsible for any injury or accident that occurs on the property.
12. Large Bags - Buyers will be able to bring in their own shopping bags during the sale. All bags are subject to inspection at the checkout station or by security upon exiting the estate sale.
13. Parking - Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Please be respectful and not block neighbors driveways or road.
