A dedicated marketing team will ensure that your sale has the maximum visibility, turnout and success. At Bulldog Estate Sales, we are a 100% turnkey provider of estate sales that is committed to minimizing your stress and maximizing your return.

Preparing the Property

There are many steps to take prior to the start of your estate sale and they start about two weeks before the weekend of your sale. We will do a thorough photo shoot of all items to be included in the sale. Once we get those to our marketing team, our setup crew gets to work and transitions the property into a shopping experience. From the checkout tables and customer hold tables to properly displaying all items for easy buying. Now that the sale is setup, our pricing team will come in and price each item to be included in the sale. Some items in the sale will be familiar to our pricing team, some will be new and require research for pricing and some we will call in our network of specialists to appraise and examine. We don't under price valuable items and we don't over price common items. Our pricing structure is something both our clients and our buyers can enjoy.

Dedicated Marketing Team

The marketing and advertising of your estate sale is where Bulldog Estate Sales really shines. A dedicated marketing team will work on your sale. In addition to your estate sale being listed on the three major estate sale websites, our team will also drill down on the items that are in your sale and provide detailed marketing and advertising to the buyers of those type of items. For example, a house with a large coin collection would be marketed throughout the Southeast and in all specialty groups to attract the right target audience. We are commission based estate sale company, so we are committed to the largest turnout and the least amount of unsold items.

Estate Sale Shoppers

A well marketed estate sale will have buyers lining up at the site of the sale hours in advance. We have even had people sleeping in the cars overnight to be the first in line. Our dedicated marketing team expands the reach of your estate sale to an audience that attracts buyers locally and who come to our sales from out of state. We are respectful to your neighbors and carry a $2M liability insurance policy for any unforeseen accident or injury on your property during the sale. We will arrive at the house a couple hours before the start of the sale to monitor crowd control and put final touches on items we are highlighting for the day.
