Estate Sale Free Consultation

It all starts with our initial consultation. Bulldog Estate Sales provides a complimentary consultation at the estate to take a look at the property and contents that is being offered for liquidation. We will also take the time to explain the process of the estate sale to you and your loved ones. We will answer any questions that you may have, explain how we operate and take pictures of the interior and exterior items of the estate. We will take into consideration the current condition of the home and come up with a plan with you on how to best move forward. Bulldog Estate Sales is a hoarder friendly estate sale provider, so there is no need to concern yourself with the condition of the home. We operate on a commission basis with no upfront fees. If both parties agree to move forward, we will select a date for your estate sale, issue a simple one page contract and our team will get to work!

Staging, Research & Pricing

After the contract has been signed, our team will get to work on getting the contents of the property ready for sale. This includes the staging, research and pricing process. We essentially turn the home into an easy to shop experience for our buyers. We research items that are to be sold to put a price tag that is worthy of the condition and age. Whether it is a piece of jewelry, coins, vehicles, appliances or furniture, our team will do the legwork to research, stage and price each item of the estate sale. We will display everything in an organized and understandable display. We do not just empty boxes into piles on furniture or tables and come up with a price on the spot during the sale. Sadly, many companies cannot say the same. Our buyers continuously rave about our display and pricing of all items at our estate sales.

Estate Sale Marketing

While the setup team is staging, researching and pricing the items, our marketing team gets to work. This is an aspect that sets us apart from others in our industry. Your estate sale will be marketed locally and regionally by our in-house marketing team to ensure the best exposure and turnout for your estate sale. Our parent company is an Atlanta based marketing firm who uses all of the best techniques to promote your estate sale through social media, local websites, regional websites, national websites, search engine queries and our network of confirmed buyers. You can rest assured that your sale will receive a tremendous amount of marketing and exposure to ensure the maximum potential of shoppers and foot traffic. This service is included at no cost. Why? Simple really, we do not make money if you do not make money and neither of us makes any money if nobody shows up to the sale. We go the extra mile to make sure they do.

Weekend of the Estate Sale

We put our best foot forward when it comes to the staffing of our sales team at your estate sale. Each home that we work with is different and unique. We take that same approach to the staff at your estate sale. We have a versatile sales team that brings with them a background that best matches the contents of your estate sale. For example, if your sale has a large selection of jewelry and coins, we have dealers and business owners on our team that are experienced and knowledgable about the history and value of such pieces. Likewise, if your sale features antiques and collectibles, we have a team for that. We put the best team on the gound at your event based on the items in your estate to provide our buyers with the best experience and the best opportunity for you of getting items sold for the price they deserve.

Property Cleanout Services

After the sale has finished, there will be quite a few items that were discovered in the initial cleaning and staging process that were unsellable and also items from the sale that went unsold such as furniture, appliances, etc. This is where most companies leave you holding the ball putting you in charge of finding a company to come haul away the debris and donation companies to come pickup the unsold items. We are not one of those companies. Once the sale has concluded, we will ensure that all items are removed from the property. A dumpster will be secured for all debris and unsellable items and we will transport any unsold items to a donation center or to your personal storage unit. This service is offered at an additional fee that can be discussed at your initial consultation. The fees for this service are deducted from the estate sale proceeds and nothing that you will need to come out of pocket for. White Glove Cleaning Services

After all contents have been removed from the home, our internal cleaning company gets to work. We provide everything needed to get your home ready to be listed. Our services include cleaning the interior and exterior of the home. On the interior our services include items such as carpet cleaning, hardwood floor polishing, cabinet cleaning, counter cleaning, window and mirror cleaning, removing hanging nails or screws from the wall, replacing lightbulbs in fixtures that are staying with house and so much more! On the outside we will provide basic landscaping services such as mowing the grass, trimming bushes, lawn edging, pinestraw or mulch placement and more to provide you with curb appeal on the outside and a welcome clean interior for potential buyers. This service is offered at an additional expense and costs can be deducted from the estate sale proceeds to eliminate you needing to come out of pocket. Listing the Property

The last step for most of our clients after the sale has been completed, the debris and unsold items have been removed and the house has been cleaned from top to bottom is listing the home for sale. If you have not already secured a listing agent for your home, we have a great network of realtors that we work with regularly that we can put you in touch with. This is a complimentary service that we offer to our clients. We are not realtors ourselves, but have great relationships with realtors who have offices across the Metro Atlanta, North Georgia and Northwest Georgia areas to assist you with the sale of your home.
